Here tips how to repair nokia 3110c with charging problem
Not charging
1. Check batteray and charger first, replace if needed
2. Check and clean connector, replace charger connector (plug in) if needed
3. If the problem not solved, check fuse (F2000), replace fuse if needed
4. If the problem not solved , resolder regulator (v2000), replace if needed
5. If the problem not solved, resolder charger circuit / schematic for broken circuit (as shown), jumper if needed
6. If the problem not solved, resolder tahvo, replace tahvo if needed.
