1. Check connector first, there is headset detector (switch) inside the jack
2. Replace connector if needed
3. If problem not solved, reflash firmware or upgrade software with highest version
4. If the problem not solved, check asip emif connector, replace if needed
5. You may jumper instead of replace the component (as shown)
