1. First check / compare charger with a good one
2. Open cellphone with tools
3. Check / clean charger connector
4. Check / replace fuse if needed
5. Check / replace inductor ( L 2000 and V 2000 )
6. Check / replace betty
7. If problem not solved, probably circuit broken.
