For nokia 6230 insert simcard
1. Check and clean simcard connector
2. Replace simcard connector if broken
3. If the problem not solved, resolder asip emif simcard (r388)
4. Replace asip emif simcard (r388) if needed or just jumper the pin
5. If the problem not solved, check pcb circuit or replace UPP
